Why this exists

Public data is often more useful when you preserve the changes.

A government export tells you the current state. Repeated snapshots can reveal movement: a new lease, a project activation, a scope change, a cancellation or a location that keeps attracting the same type of activity.

UAE Activity Pulse is an experiment in turning those changes into small, transparent reports that can be useful before they become a product.
