UAE Activity Pulse is an independent experiment in turning recurring public-data releases into small, useful observations about activity across the UAE.

Why build this?

Many public datasets are published as snapshots. A snapshot tells you what exists now; preserving the snapshots can reveal what changed.

That change can be more useful to an operator than another large dashboard: businesses taking new space, construction projects changing state, new residential occupancy appearing in a development, or an area repeatedly attracting a particular type of activity.

How the project is approached

Start with the event

Ask what observable change occurred and who might reasonably care about it.

Keep the source visible

Methodology and limitations should travel with the insight, especially when public data is incomplete or revised.

Publish before productizing

Useful free reporting is a way to discover which signals people actually value before building software around them.

Expand only when justified

The name intentionally allows new Emirates and domains, but each new signal should earn its place through useful data and real interest.
